"ur family celebrated my 60th birthday here. We were delighted with the cottage and everything in it. Lovely entertaining area where we spent most of the time. Exceptionally well kitted out kitchen, loved cooking on the Aga. Had a lovely meal at the local pub, in the high street. Highly recommend. Would highly recommend Gardener's Cottage to family and friends and hope to return again. Wine, flowers & chocolates were a very nice touch. Thank you"

"We enjoyed our weeks stay in this well equipped property. The garden is beautiful in the autumn and excellent for hide and seek ! The Holkham estate is well worth a visit, walking over the bay is a must. We had an excellent lunch at Wiveton Hall Farm cafe-booking essential. Bishops trip to see the seals most interesting. High tides have an amazing effect on the coast. The week was good apart from the half days rain. Thank you for wine flowers and chocs."

Many thanks for all the organising and research to Judy and Paul, our local experts. An excellent week in an excellent venue. It is a very well equipped, comfortable, welcoming house. BBQ worked very well. Thank you for the gifts following the Aga episode, not really necessary but very welcome ! The meats cooked very well."

"No problems in this spacious house where everyone could have their own space. Marvelous sofas with their quilts. Plenty of TV's so all could watch their favourite programmes. Kitchen / family room a real winner. Aga worked well and no adjustment to temperature needed. Overall a house in a good location that functions very well. We were amazed to note that the house opposite by the car park is for sale for £1.25 million. A big thank you from all , young and old."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your spacious house. Four active 4 year old kids had plenty of space to run and lots of spaces to hide. Kitchen/ dining area is superb and cooking on Aga oven was quite an experience in itself. Many thanks and will be looking forward to visiting Norfolk again in near future."
