  • An very easy to grow and reliable early spring perennial salad leaf that can be sown from March to November and once you have it in a vegetable garden you will never be without it as it reliably self-seeds. The young seedlings are easy to spot by their distinctive colour, and can be transplanted into salad beds as required.
